gcjwebplugin is actually worth using!

I have heard a lot of grumbles on why people don’t use GNU Classpath’s appletviewer. It has come a long way. Of course, Security and Javascript have not been implemented, but newly added warning messages work for the time being. A ‘whitelist’ feature has been implemented, a user can choose to:

    1. Not Trust an applet. This stops the loading of the applet, the browser is still functional.
    2. Trust an applet. The user can choose to trust the applet for only this time.
    3. Trust an applet and add it to a whitelist file. The user can choose to trust this applet indefinitely.

Also, if the appletviewer has not been installed (it is not installed by default with GNU classpath), an error message will show up. The browser no longer hangs when it fails to find the plugin.

It would be so awesome if we could get a lot of people using the appletviewer plugin. This page lists all the applets that have been tested. Please add your favorite applet and I will be sure to test it. It would be great to get some feedback on the current state of the plugin or any desired features.
